Spinncoater

A Spinncoater is a laboratory device for making thin uniform and pollock films for solid bases, e.g.: silicon, glass and quartz trays. Spinner coating is a simple process in which a solution of polymers dripped onto the base under the action of centrifugal force during the rotation of the base (e.g.: at a speed of 2000 PRM) is spread on the base and the volatile solvent evaporates. The spinner scanner manufactured by us has two modes of operation: a constant speed of 3000 PRM and a variable from 0 to 4500 RPM.
