Smallproducer pastorizationsolution construction
The goal of project was to develop movable softdrinks pastorizationsolution, that has a thermostat and is able to use combined heatingsources. Pastorizationsolution consists of three main parts: pasteuriser, pasteurization baskets and a pulley structure for lifting baskets. When designing the pasteuriser solution, it was considered that all materials would comply with the requirements imposed on the food industry. The pasteurizer is a tank equipped with two compartments, three 9 kW heaters and a power and control unit. The total volume of the pasteuriser is 1200 l, which is divided into two sections: larger and smaller. In the larger section, pasteurization is carried out, and heaters are placed in the smaller one. Pasteurization baskets can hold 450 0.33 l bottles and can withstand a weight of 225 kg for full bottles.
